Buying Paintings From This Website

Buying a painting from the Womack Fine Art online gallery is a simple procedure actioned via the secure PayPal website.

The 'buy' link is available on the catalogue pages only.

The price shown for each painting is the total you will pay - it includes all shipping costs within the UK - no vat is payable. When you have chosen the painting you want to buy simply click the 'buy' button next to it on the catalogue page. This will take you to the PayPal website where you can complete your transaction. You can pay via PayPal even if you do not have a Pay Pal account.

Delivery

PayPal will email me immediately with your order. Be sure to include your email address and I will contact you very soon after that. Once I have your order I will despatch your painting via a secure delivery service within three working days. The usual means of delivery is through Parcelforce via their Express48 service which covers the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles (please email me for delivery costs outside these areas before placing your order). Express48 aims to deliver within two working days from the date of despatch subject to certain conditions. There is an additional charge of £7.50 for Saturday delivery - please email me if you wish to arrange this. Paintings are securely packaged against the possibility of damage in transit.

If I have your email address I will send you a tracking link for your delivery.

If you choose to include your daytime telephone number in the comments box on your order I will copy this onto the outside of your package for use in case of any difficulty with your delivery. This can be essential in the case of certain multi-occupancy buildings.

In the unlikely event of damage occurring during delivery all packaging must be retained in support of any compensation claim.

My intention is always to provide my customers with the best possible artworks and service. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return it (in its original condition) within two weeks of receipt for a full refund or exchange - as you choose. (Please note that your return shipping costs cannot be refunded.)

Any personal information which I hold about my clients is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Clients may request a copy of such information from me at any time. I will not supply such information to third parties except as required and allowed by law.
